In the coming weeks, Wayne County Public Schools (WCPS) will host two All-County performing arts events.

“We are excited to host the All-County Chorus and the All-County Band which will highlight more than 350  students from across the district,” states Christy White, Title IV Enrichment Facilitator. “While these events are traditionally attended by families and staff, the events are free to attend and community members are welcome to come out and enjoy these two evenings of performances.”


All-County Chorus -  On Tuesday, March 26, WCPS will host its annual All-County Choral Festival. Approximately 250 elementary, middle and high school students from Wayne County Public Schools will come together to showcase their vocal talents. Accomplished professionals will direct the talented groups of students who represent 21 elementary, middle, and high schools across the district. The event will take place at the Goldsboro High School auditorium at 6:00 PM.

All-County Band - Thursday, April 11, WCPS will host its annual All-County Band Festival. Approximately 100 middle and high school band members from Wayne County Public Schools will come together to showcase their instrumental talents. Accomplished professionals will direct the talented groups of students who represent  9  middle and high schools across the district. The event will take place in the Dillard Middle auditorium at 6:30 PM.
