As today marks the final day of service for Beverly Boltinhouse, Career & Technical Education Director, Wayne County Public Schools bids a fond farewell to this esteemed educator whose contributions have left an indelible mark on the institution and the lives of countless students.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Boltinhouse has been a driving force behind the growth and innovation of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs at Wayne County Public Schools. Her journey began at Central Office in Finance, where she worked for 4 years before leaving to teach at Eastern Wayne Middle School. She later transitioned to Spring Creek High School and eventually returned to Central Office, becoming a source of inspiration to colleagues and students alike.

As her last day approached, Mrs. Boltinhouse expressed profound gratitude to those who played pivotal roles in her career. She warmly thanked her colleagues and mentors for their unwavering support that fueled her journey. Moreover, she recognized the district's commitment to nurturing CTE programs, which allowed her to make a positive impact on students' lives.

Beyond her professional achievements, the retiring educator credited her family, especially her supportive husband Lester, and her children - Douglas and Sara, for their unwavering encouragement throughout her career. She also fondly remembered her parents, who were a constant source of support and inspiration in her life.
