Good Evening Warrior Family and Happy Sunday!

This is Mr. Jones, the proud Principal of Eastern Wayne High School, with your message to begin the week. I hope everyone enjoyed a restful weekend and are ready for a successful exam week.

This upcoming week, we begin State EOC/CTE exams. It is imperative that your child attends school on their designated day to take exams. The school day will still begin at 7:30. Students who arrive late may run the risk of not being able to take their exam and would be required to attend a make-up session on another day. If you have any questions about your students exams, please contact the front office.

Tomorrow, December 15th, we begin our EOC/CTE Exams. Please listen carefully to the exam schedule. On Monday, Math 1, Math 3 and Biology exams will be administered. On Tuesday, English 2 and Math 3 and make-up exams will be administered. On Wednesday, 1st & 3rd Period State CTE Exams and any other make-up exams will be administered. On Thursday, 2nd & 4th Period State CTE Exams and any other make-up exams will be administered. On Friday, make-up exams will be administered. Students who have both Math 3 and Biology this semester, you will take the Biology exam on Monday and you will take the Math 3 exam on Tuesday.

Parents, students were given an EOC Retesting Letter a couple of weeks ago for you to review and sign. It is important that these letters are returned on your students' testing day to ensure they have the opportunity to retest if they do not get the results that they are looking for on the first administration of their EOC exam.

On behalf of everyone here at EWHS, we hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday season. Enjoy your time with family and friends and we hope Santa is good to everyone!

We hope each of you has an amazing week ahead and we look forward to another great week here at EWHS.

And as always, Warrior Pride! All Day! Every Day! Goodnight Warrior Family!
