To access your WCC email and OKTA accounts on Chromebooks (school issued and "sometimes" personal devices) you will need to sign-in as a "guest" or "browse as guest".  This should allow you to get access to your WCC email account and OKTA. Google has security features in place that will sometimes prevent multiple logins, from multiple institutions.  If you continue to have issues with WCC's platforms you should contact the Wayne Community College Help Desk or see Mrs. Walker, WEMCHS College Liaison.
