The T-Bird Boy's Soccer team opened up conference play on Monday afternoon with a decisive win over Rosewood Middle. Angel Gomez made some impressive saves as goalie. Joseph Hernandez did a great job controlling the field and keeping the ball on the offensive side. Alejandro Villamizar and Matthew Cottrell had multiple assists as well as attempting goals themselves. Joel Gomez and Adonys Argueta scored one goal each, while Sergio Castaneda scored 3 goals. ...final score GWD 5, Rosewood 0. Way to go guys! We knew victory was coming!
