Hello Golden Falcons Family!  It's Another Great Day at CBA!

We have seven weeks left in our Spring Semester before our Final Exams!  So at this point, we need everyone to focus our efforts on finishing our school year strong!  We need to continue to push hard to the finish line with an emphasis on high quality teaching and learning in every class, every day, for every student!  We will continue to strive for excellence in protecting instructional time and providing the highest quality learning environment we can for our students and staff.  Thank you to each of you for your assistance with this mission!

• Our Career Fair at the Maxwell Center for our Sophomores and Seniors

• Our ACT Workkeys Testing for our Juniors

• Our Herff Jones Cap & Gown Deliveries for our Class of 2024

• Our First Responders Career Day

• Our Global Educational Excellence Award

• Our 50th Anniversary Celebration of our 1974 NCHSAA 3A Baseball State Championship Team

This week we look forward to:

• Our TSA Club competition in Greensboro

• Our Purple Up Day on Friday as we proudly wear our Purple as a Purple Star School which supports our Military Connected Families

• Our College Football Signing Day event on Friday for Travis Burton and Dallas Bailey to play at Guilford College

• Our Herff Jones Cap & Gown Deliveries for our Class of 2024 on Friday

• Our WCPS Job Fair and Showcase of our Schools at the Maxwell Center on Saturday

• 4.25.25 - NHS Induction Ceremony

• 4.26.24 - FFA Awards Ceremony

• 5.7.24 - Spring Band Concert

• 5.10.24  - Junior / Senior Prom (check your email for more information)

• 5.21.24 - Awards Night

• 5.22.24 - Awards Day

• 5.24.24 - Senior Class Photo in Cap & Gown,   Senior Picnic,   Powderpuff Volleyball and Football Games

• 6.3.24 through 6.7.24 - Final Exams

• 6.10.24 - 9:00 AM - Graduation Practice (Mandatory)

• 6.11.24 - 9:00 AM - Graduation Ceremony
