Congratulations to Coach Laura Romo and our Girls Basketball Team and Coaches on a hard fought win over Triton last night in the 2nd round of the NCHSAA 3A State Playoffs! Good Luck on Tuesday night in the Sweet 16 game at Cape Fear HS in Fayetteville!
Good Luck to Mrs. Stephanie Grimes and our DECA Students in their State Competition in Greensboro!
This coming week is National School Breakfast Week, so we celebrate our School Cafeteria Manager Mrs. Lisa Woodard and our School Cafeteria Staff for all they do to keep our Golden Falcons properly nourished.
A few reminders for this coming week:
- Our Next College Day will be held on Tuesday as we encourage everyone to wear their favorite college team's gear to celebrate our college and career going culture at CBA.
- Our National Technical Arts Honor Society Induction ceremony will be held on Thursday at 1:30 PM in the New Gym.
- Our next Parent Advisory Council meeting will be held on Thursday at 5:00 PM.
- Our FAFSA Night will be held on Thursday at 6:00 PM in the Media Center.
Also, please save the following dates for some important future events:
- Wednesday, 3.13.24 is an Early Dismissal Day with school dismissal at 1:00 PM.
- Friday, 3.15.24 is the end of the 3rd Quarter Grading Period.
- Tuesday, 3.26.24 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Future Falcons Night for all incoming 9th grade students & families, and any students & families who are new to our school.
- Friday, 3.29.24 through Sunday, 4.7.24 is our Spring Break with No School for Students and Staff.
