My name is Kathryn Filion and I am the School Counselor and 504 Chairperson at Rosewood Middle School for grades 6-8. I work with students individually, in small groups, and in the classroom setting to meet the academic, career, and personal-social needs of our students. I am available to discuss any concern that you or your child may have and can assist with additional resources if needed. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

The vision of the school counseling program at Rosewood Middle School is to deliver a comprehensive developmental counseling program that addresses social, emotional, and academic needs of all students. This will be established through collaboration, advocacy, and leadership.Our comprehensive school counseling program supports all students and fosters partnerships between students, staff, families, and community members in order to eliminate the achievement gap and equip all students to achieve their full potential.
