School Nurse Introduction

Hello, my name is Crystal Faulkner and I am the School Nurse here at Edgewood Community Developmental School.   As the School Nurse, I aim to provide health and nursing services for all students at Edgewood School.  I look forward to working with parents, students, teachers, and staff to assess and evaluate the health needs of students and to accommodate students with specific health plans appropriate to their health concerns.

Please feel free to contact me throughout the year with any concerns including illnesses, injury, surgery, or other health conditions/concerns.  I look forward to working with each and every one of you.
